The incredible Mindset Benefit of a Micro Job

I listened to a mindset episode on the SideHustle Show podcast. It’s probably one of the best episodes I’ve listened to since the first Pat Flynn episode that set me on the Entrepreneurial Financial Independence Mindset journey. He talked about mindset which is pretty much what my blog posts are all about.

Related to that show’s theme and piggy backing off my initial post on Micro Jobs. For those like me who are looking to generate income in any form in pursuit of Financial Independence, a Micro Job is an incredible opportunity in facilitating that goal. Think about what a paradigm shift it represents, rather than waiting and hoping for the passive income genie to grant your wish, you literally have a vending machine full of funds waiting for you to exchange some idle amount of time performing tasks in exchange for funds. It’s not a job in the sense that you have to put 40 hours a week worth of effort in to keep the benefit but rather you choose how much time you wish to exchange for the income. The only real risk is balancing exchanging idle time versus time that you should be spending towards truly passive income pursuits. However, for bare bones folks the initial goal is income. Once you have some coming in you can invest it so that it produces more income ‘passively’.
